Katrina Weller lost her mother to cancer when she was 15 years old. “The Big C” turned her life upside down. But now, as a grief coach and educator, she’s focused on different C words, ones that allow us to confront our grief. She shares them with us today, as well as details about the loss of identity she felt after leaving an abusive relationship and grief surrounding non-tangible losses.
Hailing from the UK and currently residing in Australia, Katrina brings her international perspective on grief. We touch on how grief differs between cultures. And some Australian birds pop in for a chat. Crikey!
